3DBigDataSpace Kicks Off with First Consortium Meeting in Trento

The 3DBigDataSpace project will officially launch with its first consortium meeting in Trento, Italy, on 17–18 February 2025. This gathering marks a crucial step in aligning the collaborative efforts of project partners and setting the strategic direction for the next 18 months.

Funded by the Digital Europe Programme, 3DBigDataSpace aims to enhance the European Data Space for Cultural Heritage by aggregating, enriching, and improving access to high-quality 3D content. The kickoff meeting will provide a platform for partners to coordinate technical developments, discuss project goals, and ensure seamless collaboration across the consortium.

By fostering a strong foundation for cooperation, the project seeks to advance 3D cultural heritage preservation, education, and digital tourism through innovative storage solutions, AI enrichment, and visualization tools.
