
In order to register for the CIPA Summer School 2025 we ask you to complete the following steps:

Step 2: Payment
Upon completing the registration form you will receive additional information about the payment of the corresponding fees:
- Early bird registration (open until 15 March 2025): 750€
- Regular registration fee: 790€
Payment will be handled via our partner CHNT ICOMOS Austria, organiser and host of the annual conference “Cultural Heritage and New Technologies”.
Step 3: Final Approval
After completion of registration and successful payment, the organising team will once again reach out to you to inform you about the next steps.
Registration includes
- Tutoring
- Coffee Breaks
- Social Dinner
- Full Board Accommodation on site
- Shuttle Service to Heiligenkreuz (from Vienna)
- Certificate of attendance (45 hours/ 3 ECTS)
Note: the registration fee does not include travel costs from/to Vienna!
Venue
The castle of Heiligenkreuz-Gutenbrunn is located in the middle of the beautiful countryside of Lower Austria, about an hour’s drive from the city of Vienna. The Summer School participants will have the unique opportunity to live within the castle walls for the duration of the school (20-25 May 2025). The castle offers a variety of rooms, (shared!) bathrooms and furnished kitchens (details can be found in the downloadable brochure and by contacting our organisers at cipaschool2025@icomos.at.
