3D-4CH Survey

Help Shape the Future of 3D Training in Cultural Heritage

The 3D-4CH project is launching a groundbreaking Online Competence Centre dedicated to 3D technologies in cultural heritage — a dynamic space for collaboration, innovation, and lifelong learning. This digital hub will equip professionals with the tools, training, and resources needed to drive forward 3D digitisation across the sector.

We Value Your Expertise – Take Part in Our Survey

As part of our mission to foster training and capacity building, the project team is reaching out to universities, training providers, and cultural heritage institutions. Your input is essential in mapping existing courses, materials, and curricula related to 3D in cultural heritage.

The project team invites you to complete a brief survey (10–15 minutes) to share your knowledge and insights. Once submitted, you’ll receive a copy of your responses for your records.

Survey deadline: 23 April 2025

Let’s Begin the Dialogue

This isn’t just a survey — it’s the start of an ongoing conversation. Your feedback will help the project team identify what’s already out there, highlight gaps, and co-create a platform that responds to the real needs and ambitions of the 3D cultural heritage community.

What’s Next – Exploring the Needs of Our Audiences

Soon, the project team will launch a follow-up survey to dive deeper into the needs of the Centre’s future users. This next phase will explore levels of 3D literacy across different audiences and guide the development of tailored training and support services for cultural heritage professionals and institutions.
