Caroline Maximoff

Working for ICARUS – International Centre for Archival Research since its beginning in 2008, Caroline Maximoff has overseen the association’s (financial) administration and project management, securing the day-to-day business as well as preparing project applications, submissions, financial reports etc. Interrupted by two very personal projects – kids No. 1 and 2 – Caroline has been part of ICARUS’ core team until joining the Time Machine Organisation in March 2020 as administrative officer.

Between June 2020 and April 2022 she additionally took over the position as Chief Communications Officer, substituting Kerstin Muff during her maternal leave.
