Dr. Andreas Maier of the Pattern Recognition Lab at the Friedrich-Alexander-University (FAU) Erlangen-Nuremberg and head of TMO’s Scientific and Technology Department was invited as key note speaker at the “VISART” workshop at the 16th European Conference on Computer Vision (ECCV).
Maier’s presentation “Building Blocks for a Virtual Time Machine” covers an introduction to the Time Machine initiative and leads on to four specific projects supporting different elements necessary for a deeper understanding of the Big Dara of the Past:
